Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful registration information. y788 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your y788 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.

y788 will treat any action taken through your account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach via our 24/7 customer support team. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the y788 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y788 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. y788 does not accept cash deposits or payments made by third parties on a user's behalf.

The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR per transaction. y788 does not apply deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside y788's control. y788 accepts no responsibility for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

Deposits are credited to your y788 PKR wallet upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. Deposit processing times are typically instant for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer timings may vary depending on the sending institution.

y788 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documentation before processing any deposit exceeding 50,000 PKR or where y788 reasonably suspects unusual account activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the y788 account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. y788 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR per transaction. y788 targets a processing time of two minutes or less for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals following successful verification. Bank transfer processing times depend on the recipient institution and may take one to three business days.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. y788 reserves the right to deduct any bonus amounts from a withdrawal request where wagering requirements have not been satisfied at the time of the request.

In cases where y788 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms, y788 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation. y788 will communicate the status of any such hold to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonuses & Promotions

y788 periodically offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and cashback rewards to registered users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

General bonus conditions applicable to all y788 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of associated winnings.

y788 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or completely secure at all times. y788 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure events, or circumstances outside y788's reasonable control.

Account Suspension & Termination

y788 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any conduct deemed by y788 to be harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these terms, y788 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and any winnings derived from the use of those bonus funds. Verified real-money PKR balances may be returned to the user following investigation, at y788's sole discretion.
